Blustery in Portland

Winds blew through Portland Tuesday, tearing down power lines in at least Northeast and Southeast Portland. Check out the damage in KATU's severe-weather coverage. At one point it was reported that power was out to thousands in the area. As of 6 p.m. Tuesday, we're told power had been restored to all but 200 homes.
